The Pledgers’ Share & Connect event, held in Barcelona on 2–3 December, successfully brought together the vibrant Pledger ecosystem to share the latest work and learning opportunities, explore new collaborations, and take part in dynamic, interactive sessions that inspire action and connection.
We looked ahead to the expansion of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative into broader STEM areas and explored synergies and future collaboration possibilities.

Project: EIT Health Career Path 2025
Location: Paris
The EIT Health Career Path 2025 took place in November in Paris, France.
This flagship event brought together graduates from key EIT Health programmes: i-Days, Labelled Graduates, and Bootcamp Winners, to mark the culmination of their journey.
Over one and a half days, 180 participants engaged in inspiring sessions, valuable networking opportunities, and a memorable Graduation Ceremony. The event is designed to connect and celebrate young innovators and entrepreneurs from across Europe as they take the next step in their careers.

Project: PUSH UX
Location: Munich
Quanta supported PUSH UX with the sponsorship management. The event brings together around 700 participants and is dedicated to user experience (UX) professionals, designers, and creative technologists. It has become a significant platform for hands-on design professionals and product-minded innovators.

Project: EIT Education and Skills Days - hybrid event
Location: Brussels & Online
On 15 - 16 October 2025, Quanta Events successfully delivered in collaboration with another agency the EIT Education and Skills Days 2025, which took place in Brussels, Belgium. EIT Education and Skills Days was a flagship event by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), which showcased innovation in education, future skills development, and lifelong learning across Europe.
The event was attended by 300+ participants and over 1500 online participants.

Project: Catapult Finals
Location: Amsterdam
The EIT Health Catapult Finals took place on 17 June 2025 at the HLTH Conference in Amsterdam. Quanta Events led all aspects of onsite delivery—from technical coordination to speaker management and investor meetings—ensuring a smooth and high-quality execution. The project was delivered on time, on budget, and received highly positive feedback from stakeholders, reaffirming the Catapult programme’s reputation as a launchpad for European health innovation.

Introducing a unique competition and training programme that showcases life sciences and health tech start-ups to leading experts and investors across Europe. Project: Blood & Beyond by BMS
Location: Brussels
Quanta Events partnered with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) and Dentons Global Advisors to deliver Blood & Beyond, a policy and awareness event hosted at the European Parliament in Brussels, hosted by MEP Tomislav Sokol. The event brought together policymakers, healthcare experts, and patient advocates to discuss the future of blood cancer care in Europe and the role of innovation, collaboration, and policy in improving patient outcomes. Quanta supported the planning and on-site delivery of the event, helping create a platform for meaningful dialogue between science, policy, and patient voices.
